Workplace Services Assistant - Workplace Services

12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Workplace Services Manager and working within a team providing document services to all staff across the firm.

About the role:

The Workplace Services Department covers a broad range of functions within the business. The role will be based with the Document Services team offering a variety of services in the areas of print/scan, mail/courier and archive services to all staff in the Dublin office. The role will require on site attendance Monday to Friday during office hours.

The type of work would include but not be limited to:

• Print and scan services – Printing, binding, scanning, digital editing.
• Archiving services – Storage, retrieval, destruction and general management of files, papers and original documents.
• Mail services – Processing of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels including domestic and international courier services.

About the candidate:

We are seeking a candidate with some experience looking to gain experience within a corporate environment relating to general business services. You will be required to work within a shift pattern between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm rotating within the team. You will be required to work on site Monday to Friday.  

You will be joining a strong team of individuals that pride themselves on hard work and great service and who are very welcoming and fun to work with.

You will require the following to be successful in the role: good communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational skills, flexibility, good team player, able to work to deadlines, experience with the MS office suite of apps, and most of all enjoy dealing with people.
