As part of your training you have departmental wide presentations from colleagues which really gives you a holistic view of what the whole department does.
My biggest achievement was the closing of a big wind farm financing. I had a lot of responsibility, and got the deal over the line. It was great to see it signed and sealed.
We had a great event this year called 'out on the pitch' which involved prominent sports people from the LGBT community who gave us a talk about their experiences of being members of the LBGT community and competing at an elite level.
