    Publication of The Companies (Accounting) Bill

When enacted and in force, the Accounting Bill will transpose into Irish law the Accounting Directive (Directive 2013/34/EU (as amended) on the annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and related reports of certain types of undertakings), as amended (the Accounting Directive).
