A&L Goodbody appoints Clare Cashin as partner
A&L Goodbody LLP (ALG) has appointed Clare Cashin as a partner in our growing Construction & Engineering practice.
Clare has over 20 years’ experience advising on construction law. She specialises in dispute resolution in relation to construction and infrastructure projects both in the private and public sector. Clare has particular expertise in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, conciliation, adjudication and arbitration. Clare also advises on construction contracts, regulatory law, particularly health and safety and her disputes experience includes numerous procurement challenges. Clare will join our practice later in the summer.

Our Construction & Engineering practice is led by Conor Owens along with partners Eamonn Gill, Jamie Rattigan and Siobhan Kearney. It has grown to include a further 16 lawyers to be the largest construction legal team In Ireland. We have worked on some of Ireland’s largest construction and infrastructure projects such as MetroLink and the National Children’s Hospital.
