ALG advised H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm on its acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings (IAC). We are proud to have partnered with Ropes & Gray LLP to support H.I.G. on this strategic investment and to deliver market-leading advice on complex, cross-border transactions. Headquartered in California and Shannon and with material operations at various European locations, IAC is a leading provider of aircraft painting and aviation services to airlines, OEMs and MRO providers globally. This transaction demonstrates continued investor confidence in the aviation services sector.
