ALG is advising JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. on the financing of Alkermes plc’s acquisition of Avadel Pharmaceuticals PLC. Alkermes is an Irish-based biopharmaceutical firm, and it announced it has agreed a $2.1bn (€1.81bn) deal to acquire fellow Irish-based pharma firm Avadel Pharmaceuticals PLC.

The ALG team is led by Sinead O'Connor, Robbie O'Driscoll, Ronan Lyons and Amelia O'Beirne. The muti-disciplinary team is supported by Conor Maginn, Stephen Egan and Victoria María O'Gorman. ALG is delighted to be working alongside Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP on this transaction.
