ALG partnership with Mergermarket Deal Drivers Ireland 2019

ALG's Sheena Doggett, Corporate and M&A Partner, welcomed delegates with an opening address focussing on a market outlook and M&A trends. Sheena highlighted that "2019 has so far proved to be a resilient year for M&A activity here. Ireland's reputation remains favourable and international buyers continue to respond positively to opportunities across all sectors".

Richard Grey, Corporate and M&A Partner, chaired a panel on sources of capital, where industry experts discussed the various categories of capital available in Ireland and some of the characteristics attached to such sources.
