Exponent on its recently announced investment in OFS

ALG is advising Exponent, a leading European private equity firm and a repeat client of ALG, on its recently announced investment in OFS.

OFS is an Irish-based gas turbine specialist, providing specialist technical services for critical power generation assets across more than 40 countries. The investment will accelerate OFS’s growth plans and further develop its capabilities, people and the service offering to meet growing international power generation demand.

This deal demonstrates Exponent’s continued commitment to the Irish market and the strength of their relationship with ALG. The firms have worked together on a number of Exponent's recent Irish platform investments and bolt on acquisitions. Congratulations to all involved in this significant investment in Ireland.
