Global Infrastructure Partners on the sale of a 77MW portfolio of Irish onshore wind farms to Lirion Power

ALG acted for Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock, on the sale of a 77MW portfolio of Irish onshore wind farms to Lirion Power.

The portfolio comprises five operating wind farms across Donegal, Waterford, Kerry, Limerick and Meath. The transaction highlights continued investment in renewable energy infrastructure in Ireland and the strong demand for operational renewable generation assets.

The ALG team was led by John Dallas and Richard Marron, with support from Sam Sheridan, Sondos Siddiqi, Shane Swaile, Nicholas Ndhlovu, Alison Fanagan, David Bourke and Stephen Egan.
