Insurance Ireland technical briefing: Current AML Challenges for Insurers

ALG were pleased to participate in an Insurance Ireland technical briefing for their membership on ‘Current AML Challenges for Insurers’. The discussion looked at the key AML considerations for general insurers, the limitations on the ability to outsource or rely on third parties for life insurers, the Central Bank of Ireland approach and priorities, along with some practical tips. The conversation was led by ALG's Laura Mulleady, Insurance, Kenan Furlong, Litigation and Chrisristopher Martin, Financial Regulation.
