ALG recently advised CBPE and Velociti Solutions on its acquisition of ASC Software, a leading provider of fleet asset management solutions and the company behind the Assetminder platform.

This is a strategically significant transaction for Velociti, reinforcing its position as a market-leading software provider to transport authorities and bus and rail operators worldwide, while also expanding its reach into the road haulage and freight sectors.
