Graduate Recruitment Manager

An exciting opportunity exists within our award winning Graduate Talent team for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager.

The role:

This is a strategically important position with responsibility for the attraction and recruitment of early talent into the firm. The successful candidate will have a passion for graduate recruitment - designing, developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that align with the firm's broader recruitment strategy, culture and values. The role requires initiative and provides significant scope for innovation. Creative and innovative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with the firm's business partners are essential to success in the role.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Development and delivery of an effective and innovative recruitment and campus strategy, focusing on early engagement, diversity and inclusion, and strategic branding
  • Development of lasting relationships with university faculties, student societies and other campus organisations
  • Planning and execution of campus events and student programmes, student competitions
  • Development of our existing marketing and social media campaigns and messaging
  • Managing the promotion of open roles, programmes and events through university careers sites, careers services and student groups
  • Management of graduate website, marketing collateral and promotional merchandise
  • Management of student society and other sponsorships
  • Recruitment and management of student Brand Ambassadors
  • Partner with our internal University Action Teams to support delivery of objectives, ensure awareness of all recruitment and marketing initiatives and opportunities for campus engagement
  • Implementation and maintenance of a CRM to capture student data and manage student communication
  • Manage end to end recruitment across all graduate programmes
  • Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process and excellent candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • Continuously drive improvement, innovation and technological efficiency within all graduate recruitment processes
  • Consistent communication, reporting and feedback with internal business partners to ensure collaborative recruitment decisions, in line with broader firm strategy, culture and values
  • Reporting, analysis and impact assessment of all recruitment processes and campus activity
Skills and attributes
  • Qualified to Degree level in HR or equivalent required
  • 6+ years' professional experience with recruitment experience highly desirable
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills with strong ability to build rapport
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to manage a process from end-to-end
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure to a high standard
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, demanding environment using strong initiative

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
