ALG advise Bunzl plc on its acquisition of Caterline Catering Equipment Limited

ALG recently advised Bunzl plc on its acquisition of Caterline Catering Equipment Ltd, a distributor of commercial catering equipment in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The cross departmental ALG team was led by Darran Nangle, partner and Gavin Hickey, senior associate from our Corporate and M&A team.
