ALG advised Generali on the agreed sale of RedClick Ireland to Zurich Insurance

ALG recently advised Generali (alongside Clifford Chance) on the agreed sale of RedClick Ireland to Zurich Insurance.

The €337m acquisition of RedClick Insurance will, subject to the approval of the CCPC and completion of the transaction, propel Zurich into the top three general insurers in the Republic of Ireland, measured by annual gross written premiums.
