Overhaul of the Irish Takeover Rules: Summary of key changes taking effect on 22 July 2022

The Irish Takeover Rules are being significantly amended for the first time since 2013. The Irish Takeover Panel has recently confirmed that the changes will come into effect on 22 July 2022.
