ALG advises EZO on €150m debt facility for UK and Ireland EV charging expansion.
ALG have advised EZO on its €150m investment-grade senior debt facility, supporting the continued expansion of its EV charging network across the UK and Ireland.
Headquartered in Ireland, EZO operates Ireland’s largest private network of EV charge points across the island and has expanded rapidly into mainland UK. In addition to providing reliable EV charging infrastructure across both jurisdictions, EZO will reduce the carbon footprint of Ireland and the UK by an estimated 357m tonnes of CO2 emissions over the next 20 years.
Congratulations to EZO and to their majority shareholder and financial advisor Rubicon Capital.
