ALG is advising Infranity on its strategic investment in Power Capital Renewable Energy

ALG is delighted to be advising Infranity on its strategic investment in Power Capital Renewable Energy (PCRE), one of Ireland’s leading players in solar energy projects. Infranity is an infrastructure investor with over €12bn AUM and is headquartered in Paris. The transaction highlights ALG’s market-leading experience in complex renewable energy deals. Completion is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
