    on three successful Commission State aid approval decisions as part of the bank’s €3.5bn restructuring.

  • Permanent tsb

    in the successful approval decision of State aid to ptsb by the European Commission.

  • EBS

    on the restructuring plan submitted to the European Commission for its €875m recapitalisation.

  • Ryanair

    on its successful appeal to the European General Court overturning the European Commission’s finding of State aid, relating to Ryanair’s dealings with Charleroi Airport.

  • Irish Steel

    in relation to the European Commission approval of State aid from Ireland for the restructuring and privatisation of Irish Steel.
