Primeline Group and its shareholders on its partnership with Waterland Private Equity

Primeline has over 35 years’ experience providing end-to-end supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing services to leading homegrown and international brands and retailers across Ireland, the UK and Europe. The company has grown to become the market leader in its sector, generating annual revenues of €300m.

ALG is delighted to have advised Danny Geoghegan, Tim Cummins, John Dolan and the wider Primeline team on this landmark transaction. It is a significant milestone for Primeline and positions the business strongly for its next phase of growth alongside Waterland (subject to the satisfaction of regulatory approvals).
