Graduate Recruitment Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Executive to join our small but busy Trainee & Intern team.


The role is challenging and demanding but comes with variety and responsibility and is an integral part of the day to day operations of the department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team in the development and delivery of the Trainee and Intern Programmes.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Administrative support – general administrative support to the Trainee and Intern team
  • Assist in the set-up and maintenance of the graduate website, intranet and social media channels, and the creation of e-zine communications
  • Assist with the co-ordination and production of photography and video for social and print media, website and internal communications
  • Liaise with internal and external print and merchandise agencies for the production of print materials and marketing collateral, e.g. brochures, presentations, other promotional material
  • Assist with preparation for student events, including venue set up, both on-campus and in-house, and liaison with external venue providers and the firm's marketing team
  • Attend on-campus and in-house Trainee and Intern events and presentations, some of which take place in the evening
  • Represent the firm and our brand at the on-campus and in-house events
  • Internal communications – assist in the collation of information for team reports and firm updates
  • Assist with annual Trainee and Intern recruitment processes
  • Preparation for annual Trainee and Intern intakes including induction and training schedules
  • Configuration and maintenance of online application systems and other Trainee & Intern Programme platforms and assistance with the management of these platforms
  • Anticipation of the needs of team to deliver a pro-active and supportive administrative service
Experience & Skills
  • Relevant administrative experience essential, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Experience in digital marketing and graduate recruitment desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Methodical and consistent approach with excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner and prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines is achieved
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills are a must, including:MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Social Media Skills – Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Linked-In, website
  • Experience of Oleeo Recruitment Tracking and Management System and Sharepoint 365 and experience in workflow products an advantage
  • A team player who is highly motivated and proactive with a flexible approach to work.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity used in problem solving
  • Ability to deal credibly with senior people and external suppliers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
