Elliot Engish is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment group in Belfast. Elliot advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He has represented local, national, and international brands in corporate support, strategic workforce planning, and high-profile tribunal litigation. He regularly advises HR and Employee Relations teams, and in-house employment lawyers on policy drafting and implementation, complex grievance and disciplinary issues, discrimination, and employee terminations. He also advises on executive service agreements, compensation, and operational restructuring. Elliot has developed a particular focus in conducting independent investigations on behalf of multinational corporate and financial services clients on a broad range of ethical issues including allegations of misconduct, detriment, whistleblowing, and other workplace disputes.
