Peter Maher is a Partner with A&L Goodbody's Tax Department, a team, described by The Legal 500, as having an “embarrassment of riches”. He was previously Head of the Firm's Tax Department for nearly 20 years.
He represents clients in every aspect of tax work, with particular emphasis on inbound investment, cross border financings and structuring, capital market transactions, fund formations and US multinational tax planning and business restructurings.
