Graham O'Doherty is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group. His practice incorporates all aspects of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in large-scale, complex commercial disputes.  He acts for a broad range of clients including large technology companies, public bodies, construction companies, financial institutions, insurers, large funds and professional services firms. He is also skilled in negotiating clients' best interests through settlement and various forms of alternative dispute resolution processes.

Graham is an experienced advocate, having represented clients before courts of all jurisdictions, regulatory bodies and arbitral tribunals, both as a solicitor and during his prior practice at the Bar.
