Russell Jones is a Senior Associate in A&L Goodbody’s Finance Services Regulation team. Russell specialises in retail and consumer finance, payment services and FinTech. Russell advises a variety of clients, including banks, non-bank lenders and payments / e-money institutions on a diverse range of financial regulation matters. Russell has extensive experience in relation to FCA regulation and authorisation, change in control notifications, regulated consumer debt sales, SMCR advice and Consumer Duty. Prior to joining A&L Goodbody, Russell worked in the Financial Services team of a large GB law firm. Russell is dual-qualified in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.
