Christina Moran is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group.  Christina is a commercial litigator with experience in a broad range of corporate and private client disputes. She specialises in reputation management issues and has advised on both the prosecution and the defence of defamation, data breach and privacy claims. She regularly advises clients on pre and post-publication matters, including notice and takedown requests and applications for Norwich Pharmacal orders. She has also worked on fraud and professional negligence proceedings, shareholder oppression claims, bankruptcy and family law disputes and commercial property matters before the Irish and English courts.
