Patrick MacFarlane is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Financial Regulation group. Patrick advises banks, investment firms, payment and e-money institutions, payment systems, insurers, credit unions and other firms on a wide variety of regulatory issues. These include perimeter guidance and authorisations, governance and senior manager accountability, conduct of business rules, changes in control and regulatory change management.

Prior to joining ALG, Patrick trained and practised at an international law firm in London and was seconded to the Enforcement Division at the Financial Conduct Authority.
